Du Cotentin à Val-Thorens : 3 événements iconiques avec Ami

Ami is a French fashion brand characterized by its chic and casual style. With a desire to come together and share extraordinary moments, they called on our services for two unforgettable events. The first brought together the management team in a magnificent Norman castle, and the second brought the entire team together in the highest ski resort in the Alps to celebrate the results.

  • We organized two events for AMI using the same method. First, we propose several concepts for the event with an associated theme. This concept is then developed into a communication plan and a detailed event schedule. In this case, AMI wanted to create a teaser to arouse the participants' desire and provide them with well-chosen goodies.

    The first seminar was built around the theme of going green for a step back in the heart of an unexpected parenthesis. The second was intended to be fun and relaxed as part of a ski trip.

  • The first event organized was a 3-day seminar in a 17th-century castle in Normandy. Hot air balloon rides, horseback riding on the beach, or initiation to mixology by the best bartender in France were able to win over the teams and lead them into a bubble full of lightness and surprises.

    The second event took participants on a journey to one of the largest ski areas in the world: Val Thorens. They were able to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the majestic mountains, as well as an evening in a teepee in the heart of the mountains.

  • The first seminar allowed the management team to refocus on their vision and build the next steps of the company's strategy.

    The second seminar strengthened team bonds during a unique experience. They had never been together at such a large event, and they will remember it!

A moment of levity for Ami's managers

Take Ami members to a setting that is completely different from their daily lives and allow guests to clear their heads and feel light for a few days.

To bring our idea to life, we took the Ami executive team to a magnificent 17th-century chateau, standing alone in the middle of the Normandy countryside. The guests lived in a world apart during these three days. An exceptional and very chic place, which gave the guests the feeling that if paradise were to be inaccessible to them, the retreat offsite manager's location could be a perfect substitute.

In this dream castle, guests enjoyed, among other exceptional activities:

From a premium room in the style of the era, a spa with an indoor and outdoor pool, a massage parlor, to extensive 17th-century-style gardens.

During this offsite, guests were able to discover all facets of their own lightness. The adventure began aboard a minivan with an "ice breaker" in the form of a karaoke session, where employees sang along to the rhythms of Céline Dion, Johnny Hallyday, and Abba. Upon arrival, a group brainstorming session was held to unite employees around Ami's strategic objectives.

In addition to the business seminars, Ami's managers also participated in activities such as a mixology course by the best bartender in France, a combination of entertainment by a pianist-singer, horseback rides on the beach to get away from it all, a hot air balloon ride, because for Acme and our clients, "taking a step back" is not just an expression.

The Result

The result? Taking a step back, strategic reflections and reinforced team cohesion.

Ami: Ski Getaway

Following the success of the first edition, we couldn't stay behind. So we organized a second event, this time for the entire team of around 200 people. The challenge this time was to take the employees out of their everyday environment and transport them to an extraordinary winter wonderland in the heart of nature. Not forgetting to party during an exceptional evening in the high mountains.

What better place for this great event than the largest ski area in the world and the highest ski resort in Europe: Val Thorens.

These are the experiences that stay in our memory, aren't they? That's why we decided to offer employees an exceptional stay in a bright, modern and charming refuge with a panoramic and breathtaking view of the mountains. Guests were also able to enjoy a spa with a swimming pool, a massage room, a panoramic terrace, and an indoor climbing wall! How did Ami's adventure begin? From Paris, heading to Moutiers, 3 buses customized with Ami's image awaited the employees upon their arrival at Val Thorens (all sanitary measures of course always being respected).

Upon arrival, a quick mountain lunch awaited them, followed by the collection of ski equipment: time for outdoor activities!

Unforgettable paragliding flight, a walk between two peaks on a Tyrolean traverse over 60m high, snowshoeing for lovers of mountain walks, an evening in a tipi village are just some of the unforgettable activities that Ami employees had the opportunity to experience.

The Result

Of course, all these moments were immortalized by a photo and video team.

The result? Mission accomplished! Stronger bonds forged by the freshness of the ice and human warmth. A step back and strategic reflections, a team cohesion reinforced as these different testimonies can show us. Ami: In the air

For our third collaboration with Ami, we decided to take them to new heights. We wanted to offer a unique experience where the teams could literally have their heads in the clouds.

Two days and one night in the fabulous Château de Chambord, a magical place that transported Ami into an enchanting universe. A unique opportunity for the teams to come together around a convivial moment and strengthen their bonds.

This royal stay began with privileged access to the castle outside of opening hours, as well as the discovery of places usually closed to the public. The highlight of the show was undoubtedly the hot air balloon flight over the Château de Chambord, an unforgettable experience that offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Breathtaking.

To top it all off, dinner in one of the castle's rooms, lulled by the harp and enveloped by the fireplace: a moment of grace and conviviality, where the Ami teams were able to taste delicious dishes in a majestic setting. This unique experience will remain etched in their memories.

The Result

Ami and Acmé is clearly for life! This stay was simply incredible, living up to our wildest ambitions. Smiles, laughter, moments of sharing and strong emotions were all present.

Ami Paris is a French fashion brand founded in Paris in 2011 by Alexandre Mattiussi and today directed by Nicolas Santi-Weil. The creator decided to launch his own brand after being trained in several fashion houses, leading him to travel between Paris, Milan and New York. The name he chose, Ami, takes the initials and the last letter of his name, while referring to the notion of friendship which is one of the foundations of the creation of the house. Inspired by the city of Paris, Alexandre Mattiussi chose to create a brand that highlights an elegant and complete wardrobe for men and women. Through its authentic and convivial approach, the house captures the particular essence of Parisian nonchalance which blurs the boundaries between chic and casual.
