Pathé in Normandy: a showcase for conviviality

Pathé Films, the name that conjures up cinematic emotions and memorable moments on the big screen, recently organized an event that has nothing to envy the best Hollywood productions. As part of their strategy to strengthen their teams and create lasting memories, the Pathé team called on Acmé to design and produce a unique corporate seminar in Normandy.

In search of an enchanted interlude, Pathé wanted to offer its employees an experience that would leave an indelible mark on their memories, while promoting encounters, cohesion and motivation.

The result? An extraordinary event, combining equicoaching, memorable activities and a Normandy atmosphere, which turned the seminar into a true cinematic adventure.

  • When the "Save the Date" invitations for the Pathé event were sent out, the intrigue was at its height. Guests were caught up in a cinematic intrigue from the outset, with only the certainty of an exceptional experience.

  • Pathé's event was much more than just a meeting. It was a team-building adventure that transcended work boundaries. Activities such as equicoaching enabled teams to reconnect and strengthen their cohesion.

  • The Pathé seminar offered participants an incredible experience of discovering Normandy culture as a team. Every moment of this adventure was captured to create priceless memories.

Discovering Normandy

Discovering Normandy

The first day of this memorable seminar took Pathé Films staff to the Planches Normandes, famous for its beauty, stunning sea views and unique atmosphere. The aim of the day was to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere in which the team could recharge their batteries and strengthen their bonds.

The event kicked off with a country-style lunch, where participants were treated to delicious moules-frites, a local specialty not to be missed. This culinary experience was the starting point for a journey to the heart of Normandy, where history, culture and natural beauty intertwine to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

Free time on the Planches was the perfect time for staff to relax, chat and create memories together. The coastal scenery provided an idyllic backdrop for relaxing walks, lively discussions and memorable photos.

Equicoaching and Norman traditions

The second day of the seminar provided a unique and memorable experience, encouraging meetings and exchanges between Pathé Films employees. The Acmé team rose to the challenge of adapting an equestrian center to a full-day seminar, offering an exceptional opportunity to strengthen team cohesion.

The morning began with an equestrian session, an extraordinary adventure that showcased the elegance of horses and the grace of horsemanship. Participants, divided into teams, took on equestrian challenges and participated in fun activities that reinforced collaboration and teamwork.

The country-style lunch added an extra touch of conviviality. Moules-frites were served in a country atmosphere, creating a sense of belonging to Norman culture.

The evening took place in an authentic Pressoir Normand, a rustic setting that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Participants enjoyed a sit-down dinner followed by an evening of dancing hosted by a talented pianist-singer. The atmosphere was electrifying, creating a memorable moment of sharing and celebration.

An unforgettable chapter: a memorable event

The Pathé Films seminar successfully achieved its objectives. The relevant activities left an indelible mark on employees' minds. Meetings and exchanges between teams were encouraged, strengthening the company's social fabric. Motivation was rekindled, and team cohesion strengthened.
