Celebrating 165 years of BHV
BHV is an iconic store of the Galeries Lafayette group. To celebrate the 165th anniversary of the Bazar de l'hôtel de ville in style, they called on us. An unforgettable green seminar was therefore organized in a small committee for moments rich in emotion.

We wanted to make this seminar a timeless moment, away from Paris and in a green setting. The objective was to inspire the participants by sending them invitations with country-style colors, giving a foretaste of the moment they were about to experience.

A seminar that was both festive and informative was organized to celebrate this anniversary in style. We wanted this event to be memorable and intimate for the members of the Comex. We therefore took care of finding the location and activities that won over the entire management team. An enchanted interlude was opened to them in a painting by Claude Monet, elegant suites and a swimming pool overlooking the Seine. Spa and massages were on the program and a visit to the Château de la Roche-Guyon for the first day. The second was focused on motivation and work.

Participants were won over by the conviviality of the moments spent together and the team cohesion that emerged. The activities allowed the teams to relax and experience beautiful human moments. A real success in view of the NPS of 9.9/10!
A dream getaway for the historic brand
To celebrate its 165th anniversary, BHV/Marais offered the members of its executive committee an escape to a marvelous castle.
The main objective of this event was to unite the Comex teams and share future perspectives to best address the year 2022. The idea was therefore to abandon the hustle and bustle of the capital to offer an immersion in the Vexin Français regional natural park and enjoy a fabulous stay rich in nature and history.
An informative and festive seminar in a small group for the 12 members of the BHV Comex was also a source of sharing for the participants. Discussing professional subjects had never been so soothing.
A revitalizing setting, blending history and modernity
To celebrate the anniversary of the legendary Parisian brand, the Château de La Roche-Guyon seemed to us to be the perfect option, combining history and modernity in a green setting. Inspired by the models of Versailles and Chantilly, it is located one hour from Paris, between Vétheuil and Giverny. This elegant place with various architectural styles from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance has amazed its guests with its Grand Salon, its unique tapestries or its Petit Théâtre.
Once frequented by renowned figures such as Victor Hugo, Lamartine, and Montalembert, this castle has fascinated the French over the years. For those seeking more relaxation and tranquility and who wish to enjoy a natural and peaceful setting, the castle also offers a 600 m2 spa and a swimming pool overlooking the meanders of the Seine.
To top it all off, visitors witnessed magnificent landscapes during their stay: the Alboretum of La Roche-Guyon, the historic streets of this village considered one of the most beautiful in France, and its adorable Potager-Fruitier. At the table, the members of the ExCom enjoyed a restaurant with a 360° view of the surroundings.
A rich and relaxing program in an idyllic setting
The guests visited the magnificent Château de la Roche-Guyon, where they were able to discover this jewel of northern France. This wonderful fortress provoked many reactions of wonder.
After this moment of discovery came the relaxation time: it's time to meet in the huge SPA. The luckiest ones benefited from relaxing massages to complete the experience.
The guests were then able to enjoy a meal in a wonderful restaurant where they exchanged views on various subjects in a relaxed atmosphere. There's nothing better than ending this first day with a lively dance party in the colors of BHV. Not forgetting the grand finale: a huge cake was served to all the guests to celebrate the anniversary of the BHV's inauguration in style. 165 years of history after all!
The second day of the stay was more focused on motivation, reflection, and work, and it brought all the participants together around professional topics. As a special guest, a facilitator led the brainstorming and ideation sessions in which all the guests participated.
The result: an enriching and immersive experience!
The participants in the stay defined this getaway as a beautiful and constructive break from a professional and human point of view.

L'objectif principal de l'événement était de souder les équipes du comité exécutif (Comex) de BHV, tout en célébrant le 165e anniversaire de l’enseigne historique. Ce séminaire au vert visait à offrir un cadre apaisant pour échanger sur les perspectives futures et les projets à venir pour 2022.

L'événement s'est déroulé au Château de La Roche-Guyon, situé dans le parc naturel régional du Vexin français. Ce lieu, entre histoire et modernité, a été choisi pour son atmosphère sereine et inspirante, ainsi que pour sa riche histoire et son cadre naturel, parfait pour un séminaire constructif et apaisant.

Les participants ont eu l'occasion de découvrir le château, profiter d’un spa de 600 m², participer à des repas conviviaux dans un restaurant avec vue panoramique, et assister à des sessions de brainstorming animées par une facilitatrice. La soirée a été animée par une fête dansante et l'événement s’est clôturé par la dégustation d’un énorme gâteau pour célébrer l'anniversaire du BHV.

L’événement a été largement apprécié par les invités, qui ont noté l’expérience très positivement avec un score de 9,9/10 dans la satisfaction. Les échanges professionnels et humains, la détente et la réflexion ont permis de renforcer la cohésion d’équipe, tout en apportant des idées concrètes pour l’avenir de l’enseigne.

Les participants ont souligné l’efficacité de l’événement, notamment la transparence et les actions concrètes mises en place, ainsi que l’équilibre entre moments de détente (spa, dîner) et sessions de travail. Le directeur des ressources humaines et le directeur financier de BHV ont tous deux apprécié la visite du château, les moments d'échange et les discussions professionnelles productives.
