UX Awards 2022

Contentsquare is a French unicorn that raised $600 million in Series F. It helps brands improve their online user experience. They called on us to organize the UX Awards 2022 which reward the best digital achievements and digital creativity of tomorrow.

  • We imagined the "Hello Summer" theme, guaranteeing a relaxed atmosphere for these tech awards. Kiabi, Qonto, Carrefour, RTL, Aésio Mutuelle, Tagheuer, Ledger and the Grand Est Regional Tourism Agency are the 8 winners who were rewarded for their innovation. They were selected from over 200 applications. We have set up a communication plan specially designed for the event. Numerous exchanges were facilitated thanks to networking badges in the event's colors.

  • What could be better than the highest rooftop in Paris for this event of the future unicorns of tech: the Montparnasse Tower, with its breathtaking view of all Paris. The scenography took up the "Hello Summer" theme with a decoration worthy of the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches.

  • The winners were photographed with their trophy and their team by a professional to engrave this souvenir. They were able to take their trophy back to their company as a symbol of success and a source of motivation to continue their efforts. All participants also received an aftermovie that captured the highlights of the ceremony and the opening speeches.

An award ceremony announcing the colors of summer

Contentsquare contacted us to organize its annual awards evening to elect its 20 winners in 8 key categories, all in a festive and summery atmosphere bringing together the unicorn's customers and strengthening the relationship with partners.

Speakers François-Xavier Canova (CEO and Head of Speakers Bureau at Uprightly), Philippe Omer-Decugis (Head of Business France at Contentsquare), Pierre Nicolas Hurstel (CEO and co-founder of Arianee) and Quentin Leredde (Deputy Director of Product and Audience at Le Monde) were on hand to vote for the winners in Europe's highest privatizable space.

A place with the most beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower

38 seconds. That's the time it takes to reach the space offering the most beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower: the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower... At an altitude of 210m, in the heart of the City of Light, this vast reception room with its huge windows offers a 360° panoramic view of the whole of Paris and can be used to organize any type of event.

The splendid rooftop of the Montparnasse Tower, on which the second part of the evening was planned, is quite simply the highest privatizable space in Europe. Acmé wanted to aim high, and propel souls and desires beyond the clouds.

The perfect cocktail for a successful summer evening

To start the evening, participants were welcomed with a glass of champagne: the winning ticket to enter the summer atmosphere we had created for this event. To celebrate the arrival of summer, we decided to use a summer setting with chillies, foutas and beach balls in the lounge of space 56 in order to transport the participants to a vacation for the evening.

On the program of this evening, Contentsquare had planned its awards ceremony, the famous "UX Awards", which companies like Kiabi or Explore Grandest won. The day after the event, we could read on the Linkedin posts of the big winners their pride to have obtained the trophies:

" Explore-grandest.com wins the award for the best digital experience of a public site at the UX Awards!(...)Without a doubt one of the most gratifying awards for the digital team that works on the platform every day " Nicolas François, Digital Director at Agence Régionale du Tourisme Grand Est

"I am proud to announce that KIABI has won the 1st prize in the New Website category at the UX Awards organized by Contentsquare. It's a great recognition for all the teams who participated in this project" Damien Paniez, Lead UX/UI Designer at KIABI

"Yesterday, on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower, Algar received the 3rd prize in the Content Strategy & Brand Image category at the Contentsquare UX Awards. A great reward for the crazy rebranding work we did with the Alasta studio and our team to go from Let me build to Algar ". Aurélien De Nunzio, CEO and founder of Algarformer Let me build

To continue the evening, Acmé had imagined a cocktail party composed of summery appetizers announcing the arrival of summer, accompanied by wines, summer cocktails and fruity desserts. To complete the program, the final touch: a disco and festive atmosphere with a DJ set that mixed until the end of the night.

An evening that was a great success

With an NPS of 9.5/10, the event was very popular, and we had some nice feedback at the end of the evening:

"A spectacular venue for this event, well done!"

"An event set up like clockwork".

In order to engrave this award ceremony in people's minds, our photographer shared some 300 shots of the evening with Contentsquare, and our videographer created an aftermovie for the client so that everyone could keep a record of this memorable evening.
