Acme chose to envelop Tag Heuer's clients in a visual universe centered around Christmas, while maintaining the DNA of the watch brand: a redesigned logo and the highlighting of a mascot inspired by Formula 1 drivers, cherished by brand aficionados. Throughout the preparations, Acme was committed to best meeting the specific needs of these prestigious clients and offering them the most immersive and personalized experience possible: a gamified and fun questionnaire, flawless logistics for all these VIPs, and a dedicated team to respond to requests 7/7.

The guests were able to enjoy a timeless moment in a haven of Provençal greenery during an autumnal getaway punctuated by Wholesale Workshops, thrilling sports activities, and festive escapades within one of the region's most luxurious hotel complexes: Terre Blanche.

We took care to facilitate the return to reality after this suspended moment in the heart of nature with small personalized touches designed to perpetuate the memories of this moment: beach towels and golf balls in Tag Heuer colors, photos & videos sent individually and gifting of wellness products from luxury brands including Acqua di Parma and LVMH. The objective was clear: to bring TAG Heuer partners together for a timeless and deeply unifying moment, to stimulate engagement by experiencing thrills during customized sporting sessions, and to present an exclusive preview of the house's new models and future deployment strategy.
We took up the challenge by creating an unprecedented immersive stay in the heart of Provence, an ideal region to disconnect and enjoy the mild autumn in an exceptional setting. Acme thinks of everything:

Magic in the heart of lavender fields
The magic took place within an exceptional estate: Terre Blanche, the largest golf resort in France, located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez.
This venue is ideal for enjoying the mild autumn weather, offering an exotic and warm setting that transported guests to a timeless moment. This bright, authentic and charming retreat promises an exceptional and unique view of the lavender and olive fields.
Guests were able to enjoy a spa with a swimming pool and a Club House located on the largest golf course in France.
A program specially designed for Tag Heuer
From all the capitals of Europe, heading to Nice where private drivers equipped with prestigious vehicles in TAG Heuer colors were waiting for the guests to accompany them to the Terre Blanche estate.
The first day was punctuated by a Provençal lunch, followed by a large opening plenary session led by the TAG Heuer management team. Afterwards, the assembly had the opportunity to discover the scents of the region during a private visit to the Musée des Fontaines Parfumées in Grasse, between lavender and rosemary, before joining the gardens for a cocktail dinner with champagne.
The second day began with a studious morning focusing on new products, including workshops presenting the retail strategy. In the afternoon, there was a burst of energy during a sports session with a choice of a karting competition on the track, an electric mountain bike ride, or a CrossFit session. To end the day in style, the festivities began, animated by a pianist, a singer, a DJ, and even a mixology workshop.
The last day was smoothly organized with a sunny lunch at the Club House before the first departures.
