To transport the Chanel Parfums Beauté teams into a magical universe, Acme orchestrated a timeless evening for international meetings.

In just 12 days, Acme transformed Chanel's premises to recreate the magic and conviviality of a winter market in the heart of their Parisian premises, offering an unforgettable experience to nearly 200 participants from all over the world.

  • To present the "Chanel Winter" event, Acme deployed a subtle and elaborate strategy, where each element was carefully orchestrated to capture the magic of winter and the timeless charm of the Christmas market.

    Each guest received a meticulously designed invitation, arousing their curiosity and creating an irresistible desire to join Chanel for a unique experience within their offices.

  • The evening was not just a simple celebration; it was a total immersion into the magical world of a winter market, where time seemed to stand still. Imagine strolling through alleys lined with chalets, every nook and cranny evoking the magic of the holidays. The twinkling lights, the enchanting scents of cinnamon and fir, all combined to create an atmosphere worthy of the most enchanting tales.

Chanel's ambition was to bring its teams together and mobilize them, celebrating the arrival of the new year in a festive and warm atmosphere. 

The evening was designed to foster exchange and synergy within the marketing teams of different markets, and it opened with enchanting entertainment: a winter photobooth to capture moments and a magician to add a touch of mystery. The "Take your Chance" chalet sparked a playful competition, offering participants the opportunity to win exceptional gifts. To the sounds of a pianist-singer, the audience was transported, while an astrologer added a mystical dimension to the event.

A magical interlude

Acme brilliantly overcame complex challenges, setting up the event in just three weeks. The immersive scenography, adapted to an ERP building, transforming the space into a magical mountain village worthy of a fairy tale, was erected in record time. The evening took place bilingually, in English and French, ensuring optimal participation from all teams around the world.

  • The winter market perfectly embodies the idea of conviviality, enchantment and sharing. This theme created a warm and immersive atmosphere, conducive to exchanges between employees from all over the world, while echoing the refined and timeless world of Chanel.

  • Acmé imagined, produced and coordinated the entire event in record time. From scenography to animation and logistics, the agency transformed Chanel's premises into a veritable mountain village, with meticulous attention to detail and elegance.

  • The evening's entertainment included a snow-covered photobooth, a magician, a pianist-singer, an astrologer and the "Take your Chance" chalet, where guests could win surprises. A subtle balance between entertainment, refinement and a spirit of playful competition.

  • Organized in a bilingual format (French/English), the evening enabled all teams, whatever their origin, to feel fully integrated. Informal exchanges in a relaxed setting strengthened the bonds between employees, facilitating cooperation across borders.

  • The main challenge was the very limited time available: everything was imagined, produced and installed in just 12 days. What's more, the event had to adapt to strict technical constraints linked to the building (ERP), while guaranteeing total immersion and impeccable safety.
