An influential dinner off the beaten track for Aroma-Zone
To thank the brand's influencers and friends for their involvement and loyalty, Aroma-Zone entrusted Acmé with the organization of an exceptional event. Conceived as an immersive and refined interlude, the event enabled guests to discover the brand's unique universe while strengthening the bonds that unite them.
The evening featured two highlights: an interactive, personalized experience featuring the brand's flagship serums, followed by an intimate, warmly-themed dinner.
Acmé's objective: to sublimate the DNA of Aroma-Zone and create an unforgettable and meaningful moment for participants.

To arouse curiosity, Acmé designed ultra-personalized invitations sent to influencers, revealing part of the evening's theme. A touch of mystery and intrigue was injected into these messages, with the promise of an unprecedented sensory experience, where each guest would be immersed in the unique world of Aroma-Zone.

The highlight of this unforgettable evening? Without a doubt, it was the dinner, a moment of conviviality par excellence. In a warm atmosphere, guests shared laughs and discussions over warm, comforting dishes. Not only did the dinner bring the influencers together around the table, it also strengthened the bonds between the brand and its ambassadors. It was a simple but memorable dinner that enhanced the experience, leaving a lasting impression.

The event was made memorable not least by the personalized serums created at the "serum bar" during the evening. Each influencer took home a part of this exclusive experience. At the end of the evening, fresh flowers were offered as a gift, creating a second tangible souvenir.
Finally, to capture this unique experience, an elegant photocall area was set up, offering guests the opportunity to keep a visual souvenir of the evening. Each influencer now carries an Aroma-Zone souvenir, a halo of emotion and personalization that continues to shine beyond the event.
Laboratory aesthetics sublimated by nature
From the moment they arrived, guests were immersed in a refined, immersive scenography, where the minimalist aesthetics of a laboratory met the organic beauty of fresh flowers. An uncluttered yet warm ambience, inviting exploration and well-being.
At the heart of the decor, four emblematic serums were presented on steles, each associated with a bouquet of flowers corresponding to the product's color. These carefully composed floral arrangements evoked the purity and authenticity of the ingredients that characterize Aroma-Zone products.
Each bouquet was not only a centerpiece of the décor, but also an integral part of the experience. At the end of the evening, each guest was able to take home a bouquet as a memento of this sensory immersion, reinforcing the link with the brand, and offering a tangible reminder of this unique moment.
The serum bar: a personalized experience
The first highlight of the event was the Serum Bar, an interactive space designed to showcase Aroma-Zone's expertise in skincare.
Guests were greeted by a brand expert who analyzed their skincare needs and suggested a personalized combination of hyaluronic acid-enriched serum. Each participant left with a unique treatment, prepared directly on site and especially for them. A 100% personalized experience that won over the influencers and demonstrated Aroma-Zone's commitment to natural beauty for everyone.
The concept was simple but effective: allow each guest to leave with a unique product, while helping them discover the benefits of the Aroma-Zone range. It was a way of giving them a hands-on experience with the products, while reinforcing their loyalty to the brand.
A colorful mocktail bar
To accompany this experience, a mocktail bar offered four refreshing creations inspired by the brand's flagship serums. Each drink was designed to evoke the colors and benefits of the products:
Le Abyss: a lemon-based mocktail in a blue hinting at hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and salicylic acid serums.
Baie d'Ah Long: a fruity, spicy mocktail with kiwi, lychee and ginger in a green color that echoes the Azelaic serum and Spilanthès serum.
Marie Antoinette: a fruity floral mocktail with raspberry and rose. Its delicate pink color is similar to the vegan Collagen Serum, Retinal Serum and Bakuchiol Raspberry & Rose Serum.
Peartini: a fruity mocktail based on pomelo and almond, with an orange color reminiscent of glycolic and Vitamin C serums.
Accompanied by light, seasonal appetizers, these mocktails brought a playful, gourmet touch to the evening.
The event created a relaxed atmosphere conducive to discussion and exchange between influencers and members of the Aroma-Zone team.
A festive and convivial dinner under the sign of sharing
After the interactive activities, guests were invited to an exclusive dinner to thank them and share a moment of sharing together.

Main course: butternut gnocchi with pistachio tahini.
A pear and vanilla entremet to round off the meal on a sweet, gourmet note.
