
Mystical Forest Evening Event
BNP Paribas is an international bank of French origin and a major economic and financial player in Europe and the world. Wishing to encourage more communication between the different departments, they called on us to organise an evening that lived up to their ambition. Their objective: to break down the barriers between the company's departments, which are used to working in silos. We imagined a "wild" evening for them.

For this evening, the brief was to surprise our guests and arouse their curiosity. They received an enigmatic invitation with clues to discover the location of the evening. They were guided on a journey through old Paris in a vintage bus.

The client's wish was to bring the teams together and encourage interaction. Each guest was given an animal mask, an accessory that punctuated the evening, fostering spontaneity and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the event. The venue, an animal museum, perfectly served as a backdrop for the evening.

The staff are still talking about the masked ball. A perfect icebreaker. Keeping the location a secret until the last minute also piqued their curiosity, and they were not disappointed by what they discovered. A Net Promoter Score of 9.5/10 was given by the participants, which is representative of the success of this evening.












An escape to open up to others and create connections
To escape for an evening, to experience a change of scenery, to transport our guests without even leaving the capital, and to create a new participatory collaboration; this was the objective of the Acme team in order to surprise our client BNP.
In search of a real breath of fresh air, our client emphasizes the need to escape for a few hours. To give BNP members an experience that is a complete break from their daily routine, Acme is focusing on an intimate and original evening to unite the teams and build a common history for all participants. It is therefore in a mysterious atmosphere that we came to set the scene for this immersive event where we combined a mystical theme and a liberated atmosphere.
A mysterious journey to the event location.
To pique the curiosity of our participants, the experience begins with a mysterious meeting in front of their office premises, where a vintage bus awaits them. An unexpected journey through old Paris continues to build the employees' excitement, as the destination is kept secret.
Arriving at the exceptional location, the authentic atmosphere of the Marais intoxicates the participants, who only have to push open the doors of the district's Hôtel Particulier to discover a universe converted into a mystical forest.
It was in a wild atmosphere and a timeless place that employees were able to gather by taking part in a unique experience, for one evening, in order to forge strong bonds.
We're unleashing the wild beasts for the evening!
To add a 'beastly' touch, animal masks were distributed upon arrival to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The more reserved guests kept their masks on for a while, while the more daring ones quickly took them off.
To get off to a great start, the evening kicks off with team icebreakers to create transversality and interaction between the different teams, which delights the guests.
From surprise to surprise, the guests fully enjoy this experience. Immersed in this mystical universe, they let go, participate in unity, and give way to communication. Surrounded by animals and creatures, the guests move forward at their own pace and move according to their desires in this atmosphere in total disruption with their daily life, conducive to exchange and participatory collaboration.
The event is in full swing. On the agenda: numerous activities organized around cohesion to encourage interaction between teams and individual expression. A physical experience that brings BNP Paribas employees together.
Masks, immersive games, souvenir photos... All the ingredients are combined to charm our guests during this unique immersion, which had the power to unite them and create a sense of belonging to a new community. The masks allow us to stage the photos and immortalize the highlights of this evening, leaving lasting memories for our participants.
An undeniable result and promising prospects
The immersive evening was a great success: all the teams are satisfied, and Acme has fulfilled its contract, with its NPS peaking at 9.5/10.
The evening was a true revelation for the participants, creating a new era of participatory and collective work. The event is resulting in positive repercussions, both at the party and in the offices.

The "Mystical Forest" was an immersive evening with a wild and mysterious theme, held in a Marais town house transformed into an urban jungle. Animal masks, bewitching plant decor, strange creatures and an intimate atmosphere plunged participants into a dreamlike universe, conducive to letting go, meeting new people and creativity.

The experience began as soon as the offices left: a vintage bus took participants on a secret journey through old Paris, keeping up the suspense until the location was revealed. This staging created a "wow" effect from the very first minutes, and fully engaged the guests in the adventure.
