In connection with the news of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, it was around the theme of sport that the Europ Assistance teams were brought together to share a convivial moment together.

To build excitement ahead of its Summer Party, Europ Assistance launched a targeted internal communication campaign. Each employee received an invitation, enabling them to anticipate the event and get involved in the upcoming experience.

The climax of the event took place on the day of the Summer Party. Europ Assistance employees, coached by Paralympic athletes, strengthened their cohesion during inclusive Olympiads.

The Summer Party left lasting memories, thanks in particular to a photobooth that enabled employees to capture the moment. Goodies were also distributed, extending the impact of the event beyond the day itself.
A rejuvenating getaway
The day began by welcoming the first employees, members of top management, over a gourmet coffee. This moment, designed to encourage initial informal exchanges, was followed by a strategy meeting presenting Europ Assistance's new objectives for the coming autumn.
The guests then enjoyed lunch in the restaurant, before joining the rest of the staff for a welcome coffee, marking the official start of the day for all.
In the afternoon, participants had the opportunity to enjoy a wide choice of activities: a games bar and Tai Chi classes for the calmer ones, but also light outdoor sports activities such as Mölkky, pétanque and table soccer.
The idea of 'self-access' allowed everyone to get involved at their own pace: an opportunity for everyone to enjoy a fun and/or relaxing moment!
The afternoon continued with an "open air" sports tournament, bringing employees together with Paralympic athletes for a series of events including volleyball, badminton, pétanque and table tennis.
The presence of the athletes was a powerful symbol of sporting enthusiasm and inclusion in the minds of Europ Assistance employees. This phase of competition and games was an opportunity to bring guests together around a common goal: to strengthen team spirit and communication.
The end of the tournament was marked by an awards ceremony to salute the best performances. The evening continued in a more festive mood, with a DJ set and cocktail reception, bringing the event to a close on a convivial note.

Setting up an outdoor 'cocooning' area to encourage 'chit chats' between colleagues and enjoy a warm moment together.
The space was designed as a self-service venue, where everyone could take part in activities at their own pace.
The final aim was to bring the day to a close in a light, festive atmosphere, allowing participants to celebrate the tournament results in a convivial atmosphere.
Acmé didn't just want to create a summer party for Europ Assistance, she wanted to create a moment of impact for the company.
This event was much more than just a moment of relaxation, it was a testament to the importance the company places on the well-being of its teams, and also to the fact that it is entirely possible to design a moment that is both convivial, inclusive and, as a result, memorable.
The choice of sport as a theme also highlighted the importance of collective effort and shared performance within a team, values that resonate with the Olympic context.
