Asia-themed travel evening
Naxicap is a rapidly expanding fund management company. Our client wanted to bring its teams together and welcome new members. Driven by a desire to travel, we prepared a memorable Parisian evening for them at Mun, based on the Asian theme.
-
We wanted to give the guests the impression of flying away to distant lands. We sent them handmade origami invitations on the theme of Asia, which delighted them and increased their desire to participate in this chic and escapist evening. The guests only knew the address of the place without knowing what was hidden behind the facade.
-
On launch day, the participants met at Mun, on the Avenue des Champs-Elysées. A mythical location to make an impression was essential. The view of the capital's monuments from the restaurant's rooftop captivated the guests: Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, etc. The Mun's room, with its Japanese-inspired decoration, transported its guests. Illusionists, fortune tellers, and Asian DJ sets punctuated the evening, which participants still remember.
-
To prolong the effect of this evening as much as possible, the participants then received the photos, so many memories that they will keep for a long time. The guests were delighted to meet the teams from the international offices and loved the entertainment and theming designed especially for them.

Did you miss traveling?
Between curfews and lockdowns, it has been complicated, even impossible, to travel. Nexicap contacted us because they wanted to get together away from the problems of the health crisis, during a unique event. What better way to detach yourself from it than to let yourself be carried away by a trip to the other side of the world in order to meet and unwind? That's what we organized for them.
Some time ago, the company specializing in the investment fund and financial entity sector offered its employees a trip between Hong Kong, China and Singapore. It was a trip during which the participants bonded and had the opportunity to discover Asian culture.
The latter wanted to relive the same sensations during a convivial evening, and most importantly: in person to discover and rediscover their colleagues from different branches in Europe. They called on us to concoct an event for them to both celebrate the reunion of the teams, but also to take the opportunity to welcome the new people who have recently joined Naxicap.
Fly me to le Mun
We imagined a return to this famous trip, around an Asian theme that invites discovery. Initially, we chose to welcome Naxicap to an exceptional Parisian location. To create a stunning experience, we chose the avenue recognized as the most beautiful in the world: the Champs-Élysées. The Mun is located on this avenue.
A short name that is pronounced like a secret, a blend of chic and daring.
Located on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, Mun invites you on a journey between a fantasized Asia and the Parisian vertigo, mixing scents and spices from this distant continent.
A breathtaking view of the rooftops of Paris, the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Sacré-Cœur and also the Eiffel Tower, that's what Mun offers. On the roof-top, a new Paris is emerging, a journey is offered.
The terrace is sure to impress with its impressive vegetation.
As for the room, it offers a chic and refined ambiance, with velvet armchairs in floral fabrics, warm carpets, soft lighting, and alcoves, enough to transport our teams to the lands of the Orient.
Those who made you travel
In the kitchen, chefs Julien Chicoisne and Roland Puse, with Aurélien Fleury for cocktails, have added depth to our Asian-inspired concept. On the menu, we travel through Asia: sushi, sashimi, barbecued yakitori, but also tartares, carpaccios, breaded chicken and lobster salads. The address draws its reputation from a blend of French expertise and Asian delicacy.
At this address, which combines chic and audacity, we added elements of Asian culture through various animations. We called on various professionals who were able to offer their talents for this evening:
Adrien Chauveau, a master in the art of prestidigitation, has developed a real expertise through artistic encounters and experiences, which allows him today to live fully from his passion and even export his talent beyond borders. With performances in 35 countries around the world, he offered us a Close-up magic show, directly in front of our participants. He is part of the New Magic movement, which is not limited to simple card tricks. He sees magic as a vector of communication and emotions.
Then, Thomas Pradeau, singer, composer and pianist, offered us a touching and extraordinary performance. He became known in 2010 with a very promising first album « A deux pas de ma rue » which contained the excellent singles « Le pays de Molière », « Audrey » or « On nous dit ». He has also been approached by several artists as an author-composer and director, and participated in the « Rencontres d’Astaffort » created by Francis Cabrel. He was able to present his talents as a musician through touching and catchy titles.
Finally, still in the musical field, we brought Jeremy Samak, DJ and music producer in Paris, for this event. Jeremy is the founder of Freesome Club and the co-founder of Foundsystm, two structures that honor sound professionals. He offered us a mix inspired by his travels, to, in turn, transport us through his music during our event.
